Unfortunately, that does not help. The need right now is to shorten the
time it takes to too publish the book. The longest piece of that is copy
editing the entire book. I believe there is still a bug report in
Bugzilla for this same problem when using a master document. As that is
the preferred method of compiling the book I will revisit it and make
any edits that may be needed.
