The term shoddy was certainly not meant to describe your suggestion. It was
meant to describe the look of different guides using different cross-reference
models. My deepest apologies if you felt I was referring to your investigation
or your suggestions.

I will make sure that you have access to the wiki and that you understand the
process of uploading and placing the Chapters in the right place.
I was also thinking that putting a table of figures at the end of each chapter
of the book might be a good way to check them. I am considering doing that
with the Writer Guide. I will let you know how it works for me.
