http://opensolaris.org/os/community/documentation/doc_collab/style_guide This document is not 'from the ground up', it is compiled (stripped down) from the internal editorial style guide that is used across Sun. If you can believe it, the internal style guide is much much bigger. I've tried to provide the pieces that are most crucial, and I encourage folks to feedback on all of my assumptions. These are only guidelines to be used as a reference when you need them.
