Hello Bernard

The use of “never” is deliberate as it does make it easier to translate 
English. Also, using the “Never” items in a document does make it harder for a 
user whose mother tongue is not English to understand what is meant. I have had 
experience of this.

I have not heard of George Miller, but will now look him up.
