Yep You should have asked us first. LOL There's a heat duct behind the dash , Does the kit you bought have a 1 800 number? Call them and ask for the special Intrepid kit Metra is suppose to have one that adds a CD pocket under the head deck and raises the radio up higher. It might be still on a slight tilt down wards but it will at least fit in better. Allan
