I second the motion on the HydroEdge tires. They are VERY good
in both rain and snow conditions, and perform well on dry pavement
as well. Best all-season I've ever used, by far.

Mind you, I only have them on my Grand Caravan (17" wheels), and
they cost $200 (CDN) each not including installation. :-O Worth every
cent, though.

Cheers.

Gene,

Excellent, excellent advice. Jeff, my 1998 ES is one of the
greatest cars I have ever owned. 88,000 on it, never had one problem
(fingers crossed!). When it comes time for tires, I would VERY STRONGLY
recommend the Michelin Hydroedge, a tire that I have had much success
with.
Worth the extra dough.
