Mine don't, either; and never have.  I have tried different brands of 
blades, from Bosch to the El Cheapo No-Name ones at the discount auto 
parts store.  The best blades seem to be the Trico� ones with a Teflon� 
strip moulded into the rubber blade.

Another thing that happens is that at 75mph or faster, the right wiper 
aerodynamically lifts off the glass entirely.  I substituted a 22" blade 
for the 24" that was on there, and that helped somewhat.  The earlier, 
93-95 models, DID use a 22" blade on the right, 24" on the left (which 
has an antilift inverted airfoil on the wiper arm).
