Kelly, My b-i-l says he bought the wiper arm from Auto-Zone. It was a special order, because they don't stock it, but was under $20. If you look at the pivot end of the arm, there is a little "tab" that sticks out, just slightly. You can raise the wiper blade from the windshield, about 3-4 inches, then slide the "tab" out from the pivot about a quarter inch. This locks the wiper arm in the raised position. You can then pull the wiper arm up from the pivot and remove it. You "lock" the new arm in the same way before you install it, and press it onto the splined stub the old arm came from. Just be sure to index the arm as close as possible to where the old one was located. I think there was a raised notch on the stub that only allows it to be reinstalled one way. Once the arm is in place, raise the wiper blade a little bit, and squeeze the tab back to it's original locked place. It probably took me longer to write this, than actually do the job! NO BIG DEAL!
