You can reprogram the ECU to remove the speed limiter (not REV limiter).
But I would highly recommend AGAINST doing this unless you upgrade your
tires. Stock SE tires are rated to 120mph, which is why the governor
kicks in between 115 and 120 (depending on pedal height with respect to
speed). Get HR or Z rated tires before even attempting to remove this,
or you'll heat up a tire and blow it out at a remarkably dangerous
speed.

Want to go stock over 120? Buy an R/T. No limiter. :) I had mine
with
the speedo pointing straight down, which works out to about 145mph.
Others
have had similar results. In fact, on the autostick, I just shifted
into
4th just before 120 (I think at about 117-8).

Cheers.

porshe passed me, then a benz, he started sandbagging, so i punched it,
my 2.7 reved up, got nose to nose, he creaped up to about 115mph, then
the revlimiter kicked in,........my spirit was shattered,....Could we
take off the rev-limiter, anyone know how? Please advise thanks CEDs
