The first gen LH cars (3.3l and 3.5l) had a chip available for them by a company called "SuperChips", which stopped selling them -- so they suck. :-P JetChip might have one my now.
If you want to do it the programming way, the DRB-III can usually modify ECU parameters such as this. I don't know of any aftermarket programmers for Chryslers yet...they are mostly for Chevy models.
