If you over-inflate your tires like this, and run at high speed, you are asking for a blowout. H/W/ZR and all other high-speed rated tires have a much higher temperature rating than S/T rated tires. When you run at higher speeds, the friction against the surface causes them to heat up -- the heat causes the pressure inside the tires to build. If the tires are rated for 37psi, and you put them to 41psi "to go faster", then when you hit 130mph you are probably actually pushing about 47psi in your tires... not what you want to do.
Run the rated pressure in tires that are rated for the correct speed, and you will not have a problem with it. That's to stiffen the tire against high-speed flexure when maintaining high speeds. In fact you are supposed to do that if you are operating at over 75mph! Fail to do that, and you cut the effective maximum safe speed of your tires as they flex and heat up. Your H-rated rubber won't really be good for 130mph any more.
