Is there any smoke from the exhaust when it restarts? Any other symptoms, or unusual things about the car? About how many miles? Recent maintenance? Maintenance up to date? Did he do a fuel pressure leakdown test? How long a distance must it be driven before the problem arises? What sort of ambient temperatures? How long has this been going on? What was included in the tuneup?
Lots of questions, I know...but they're all helpful in pinpointing what's going on.
