Assuming the 2nd gens don't have anything special
about them that would make this job tougher, this is
doable in an afternoon by the weekend mechanic. The
only thing I don't think I've tried is the spark plug
tubes. I've pulled the vlave covers, but don't
rmember ever doing the tubes alone. The rest is not
too difficult. The timing belt water pump being the
most difficult thing you have listed. the only tricky
part is resetting the tensioner. I've heard others
say you should even replace the tensioner when you
replace the belt. I haven't on my 1st gen and it
still seems to run fine, but take that nugget for what
it's worth.

I would suggest getting a manual of some sort.
Chilton, Haynes, etc. they will help you with torque
specs and some of the little "gotchas" that can pop
up.
