I've got a 2004 SXT that I bought brand-new this past March (never
sold- only 320 miles on her) at my local Dodge dealer and I'd like to
have a remote starter professionally installed on my car. I'm
considering one because I live a little over 2 miles from where I work
and this past summer it seemed like by the time I got home the
interior of my car had just got comfy cool and I'm already having to
turn her off. Likewise, this winter I'm thinking that by the time I
get to work or back home again I would have just gotten nice and
toasty and, alas, I'm back in the elements again. For obvious reasons
I prefer not to go out and start the car and leave the keys in it
while running. I live in the south so the weather is not too bad. It's
really more of a convenience thing.

Anybody got any ideas of who to see, what brands to consider, and if
it'll have any consequences on my basic and extended Chrysler
warranties?
