dont listen to the nay-sayers. If you want your remote
start done right, go to a shop. The dealer will not
pay attention to detail and you will have problem
after problem. A car audio shop specializes in
aftermarket alarms and starters. And they train their
installers to do the job right. Plus they warranty
their work. I own my own shop, and all my installers
are mecp certified. And i have 2 intrepids in the bays
now, both getting compustarts. I highly recommend
compustars, they are the industry leaders of remote
starters. And no need to about butt connectors, most
shops solder all connects. I know we do. I hope i have
been helpful. Good luck!
