you must realize that u take chance every time u deal with others. Thats the reason i opened my own shop. I was angry with my dealership. And those that just wanted to hustle and con. No. Certification doesnt equal smart. But experience, knowledge and certification does. I aim to please, not just to make money. And there are plenty of shopowners out there that feel the same way. So dont just run to the nearest shop and hand your keys over. Do some research first, check them out.
