Please keep in mind that you can request to meet with the
Manufacturer Zone Manager during his next visit to the
dealership to authorize any repair the dealership may
question for reimbursement.

I know from past experience that dealerships undergo
routine audits and sometimes what they considered
warranty work the manufacturer refused to reimburse.
For that reason some dealerships are extremely cautious
in granting a warranty repair as it may come out of their
pocket.

If you go to a reputable dealership they should be very
accommodating to your needs as to get future business
from you.
A positive experience for a customer provides one of
the best means of FREE advertising.

Therefore, when the Zone Manager authorizes a repair
the dealership is more than happy as they know in
advance reimbursement will be forthcoming from the
manufacturer. That's a No Brainer.

Its always worth a try..."nothing ventured nothing gained"
Hope the above is of benefit.
All the best.
