You can make the 2nd gen transmission work as another poster has said, although it would be simpler to find one out of a 1st gen car. The 3.3Ldrivetrain was used in a lot of vehicles, but you want one from an Intrepid, Concorde, LHS, New Yorker or Eagle Vision from '93 to '97. All the LH body cars should have a usable transmission. The ones from the minivans won't work, nor will the ones from the AC body cars ( 92 and earlier Dynasty, New Yorker, etc.)
You might be further ahead having your current transmission rebuilt than playing your luck at the junkyard.
