I must have missed the discussion between LeSabre and
Intrepid. In my opinion the cars have little in
common, and I say that because I was extremely
disappointed in the 90s era Buicks. Sure, they're very
smooth, powerful, silky transmission. But Drive it?
Not so simple. I found my friend's LeSabre almost
completely backwards, ergonomically speaking.
Absolutely NOTHING where it should be. Even the
steering wheel oddly off center. Headlight switch?
Good luck. Radio way too far away. Truly a car you
would have to love first, then learn its oddities
later. By camparison, my 94 and 96 Intrepids were
instantly comfortable, and much more stable at highway
speeds.
