Suggestions.

A.H. and D.G. are heavy if present.
Check if it has had a repaint.
There is a Gyro mount box behind the rear panel of the parcel shelf. The panel
is held in by 4 screws (the panel also secures the Fuel Tank.) Take it off and
make sure there is nothing in there. If the box is missing that is even better.
Look at the size and type of battery as that can be an issue.
Early aircraft had Coconut Husk for stuffing the seat cushions. It is heavy and
there are lighter foams available that will serve the safety aspects of impact
absorption. The aircraft I listed weights for were all changed to foam.
Check the Log book for repair history. However my observation of repairs by
German Shops is that they have been of high quality and generally don't end up
gaining too much weight but of course it does depend on the extent of the
repair.

Finally weigh it yourself just to make sure the info is correct and current.
I recently weighed an aircraft where the previous engineer did it with 15KG of
fuel in the tank. Problem was he didn't take it off to get the empty weight and
also didn't determine the moment and take that into account in the final C of G
for the aircraft. Thus the numbers were all wrong.
Better to check yourself.
Cheers.
Nige.

Thank you all for the response . Now I am really puzzled as to where all
this extra weight is hiding!
