I prefer flock & resin with minimum screws to glue in window~ initially I use penny washers with round head screws whichas it drys replace with final countersunk screws. I replaced rear windows in h36 with solid fiberglass instead of perspex per as on most hk36 as window is optional extra with hk36. Ian Mcphee

I´m in the process of replacing my right rear window because of extensive cracking. In the end I had more duct tape then window and it did´t look too pretty. When removing the bits of the old window this morning I discovered that it was held in place by screws. I have not seen this arrangement on sailplanes before. Do you guys have any experience of replacing the rear windows? Also should I use any partical resin to glue it in place? Thanks for all your advice and happy easter holidays!
