Hi Angel

There was a mandatory modification (I will look for the documentation when I am
next at the hangar) which re-positioned the fuel filter on the bulkhead behind
the luggage compartment. The filter is accessed by removing the inspection
panel in the bulkhead (4 screws). This is better than cutting holes in the
fuselage!

Incidentally, the sprung tailwheel will solve your vibration problems.

Subject: RE: [DOG mailing list] high vibrations in ruder pedals

Hi John,

Thank you for your answer, I will remove the vertical spindle for revision. Now
i'm thinking to change the antique tailwheel for sprung tailwheel, maybe the
vibrations disappear.
Certanly landing on the grass, recuce vibrations.

Regards,

Angel

P.S. Another question, I have to change the fuel filter but I noticed that it's
neccesary to remove the fuel tank!!, and it is necesary to change every 50
hours. I think the problem end making a search below the fuselage skin but
reinforce the zone . Do you now if somebody made this search?

I apologize for so many questions, I adquired reciently the plane and sometime
I was a little lost, also for the language because I do not speak English, only
Spanish.
