[DOG mailing list] high vibrations in ruder pedals

Hi guys, I started flying the H-36 Dimona I recently purchased. The plane only 
has less than 100 flight hours  but has been 15 years standing in a hangar 
without flying. In the last flights, the plane upon landing has large 
vibrations in the Ruder.
Anyone know what may be the cause? the plane has the old tailweel, can this be 
the reason?
