Are they suing NetSol, Godaddy, Register.com, Directi, Bulkregister, 
Dotster, and the rest of the top 10 registrars who are already doing this?

A domain is a contracted service, if it's in the contract that 
non-renewal results in auctioning of the domain, then it's allowed.

I can't believe the whining I'm seeing on this list.  Get with the times folks.

We shouldn't be criticizing Tucows for doing this, we should be 
criticizing them for being so slow at it.
