Are they suing NetSol, Godaddy, Register.com, Directi, Bulkregister, Dotster, and the rest of the top 10 registrars who are already doing this? A domain is a contracted service, if it's in the contract that non-renewal results in auctioning of the domain, then it's allowed. I can't believe the whining I'm seeing on this list. Get with the times folks.
