So you'd trust Verisign and ICANN over Tucows to do something in a 
way that's fair???

According to your website, Robert, "Tiger Technologies is an 
ICANN-accredited domain name registrar".  Looks to me like the 
registrar in you wants to see CLS put in place so he can have a piece 
of the expired domains game.
