A friend got me thinking about how to draw traces on clear plastic

Any problem with gluing copper foil to glass and applying a resist?

(Note: the process described was used to build an SMT capacitive sensor
on the back of a microscope slide, a 12x12 sheet is a bigger problem.)
For widely-spaced circuits, you can use copper foil trace tape, or glue
down some magnet wire. Mind your inductance and current.
