They do make PCB mounts for them.  Typically if you heat-shrink the back 
(especially with the heat-shrink with glue in it) they are very weather 
resistant.

Me too but there is not much in the way of board mount stuff and weather 
sealing. I also like the AMP CPC’s. Cheap and pretty rugged. There are sealing 
and board mount options for those.
