One favourite thing to apply the `right-left' rule to when explaining
this to people is the standard library's signal(3). :-)
void (*signal(int, void (*)(int)))(int);
Wow. This sort of thing does my head in. definitely not something for a
cursory look at. You need to heave your head DEEP into the programming.
It took me a minute or two to determine that there are not too many
right brackets on the second int.
I'm with Terry on the simple programming with 'c' experience.
