Hi Ralph

Lily uses the main PC which I also use on occasion when I'm doing something on the Pc.  I mainly use the laptop (as now) because it's more 'handy'. As far as I can remember/know both machines are set up the same (setting copied from LT to PC) will check later.

Difficulty at moment is some emails have got thro' but at least 2 others we don't know. Lily will ring one person tonight to check.  I've just sent another to the German person and asked her to send me a 'Got It' email so we know she has it - awaiting reply which may possibly be on Monday.

It's a waiting game at moment; meanwhile I'm checking if the setup is part of the problem, so far no difference in my setting as to what they say I should have (correct servers & ports for in & out).

Print out of the 2 chats that I had, have info which I don't understand and part of their suggestion looks/feels like a Sales pitch for £100+ by using MS365 Email Essentials or 365 Email Plus. Not happy with that for what we need.

Still investigating outcome.

I wouldn't have expected the lack of a web site to matter.  So you do
have access to your account's cPanel?  And in there you can see a whole
bunch of Email things to click?
