Predictably, EE say that the problem is my printer and my NAS Box!  It's funny how this has worked perfectly for years, but now my devices are too old.  Both devices connect to the LAN fine, so why can they not see the Internet?  He was telling me that I had to buy a new NAS and Printer!

Apparently he could see my NAS Box connected, so it can be accessed FROM the Internet, but the Internet cannot be accessed from the LAN.
