Can you post a picture of the router Terry so we can try to identify it. Also Router manufacturer and ISP will work together sometimes to provide a router with a custom Router OS that work just for the ISP.

I must admit to finding it awkward to follow the set up, what's wired to
what, is there just the one Wi-Fi access point, etc.  And what can do
what versus can't do what.

Perhaps a few simple lists:

- What devices are there: A ..., B ..., C...

There are 15 devices:

 * Wired:
     o ReadyNAS (cannot see Internet).
 * WiFI:
     o Three Mobile Phones (all work).
     o Three PCs (Two Linux and one Windows; all work).
     o Two Tablets (One Android and one iOS' both work)
     o Three entertainment devices (all work)
     o Washing M/C and Tumble Drier.
     o HP Printer (cannot see Internet).
 * WAPs:
     o EE Smart Hub.
     o EE WiFi Extender (the Linux PC is connected to that by Ethernet).

I still cannot see why the Printer and the ReadyNAS worked until we got the new Router and now don't.
