Looking at this review of the Router, it say there an option to setup an IPV6 pinhole which would suggest that the router does have IPV6 capability, not sure if there anyway you can check further on the router

Its a long article, but half way through under settings and Options it lists out various options including the IPV6 option

In a video I found, the host said that they were not able to set DNS address on the router and you would need to do then on the devices (2min 40 seconds in) themselves

Might be red herrings but I dont know, might help

The Router doesn't support IPV6.  The ReadyNAS does, but I've never configured that.
