Hi Terry, > He was telling me that I had to buy a new NAS and Printer!
So that's EE on my list of ‘never use’. :-) I must admit to finding it awkward to follow the set up, what's wired to what, is there just the one Wi-Fi access point, etc. And what can do what versus can't do what. Perhaps a few simple lists: - What devices are there: A ..., B ..., C... - Which devices are wired: B-C. - Which devices are WAPs, and what's trying to Wi-Fi to each. - What doesn't work: C can't access the Internet. - What does work when it's a useful contrast. Obviously, you can ignore devices which play no part, e.g. a tablet working just fine; you only need one example of them. Perhaps just spelling it out will make the penny drop. -- Cheers, Ralph. -- Next meeting: Online, Jitsi, Tuesday, 2026-03-03 20:00 Check to whom you are replying Meetings, mailing list, IRC, ... https://dorset.lug.org.uk New thread, don't hijack: mailto:[email protected]
