Definitely a big supporter of filtering the posts, similar to the method used for the advanced list.
Personally, I would much rather quickly peruse a useless post and delete it rather than the separation and cross posting created by multiple lists. Truthfully though, many of the posts we see remind me of many of my co workers >> who are too lazy to search(msdn, archives) and would rather have someone tell them the answer.
