Personally, while I'm wasn't exactly pro-fragmentation initially, as long as cross-posting doesn't get out of hand then there shouldn't be any real difference. Anyone interested in still receiving mail on all topics just needs to subscribe to all the lists. I also believe I read that they are implementing an archive search that goes across all lists, which is very important IMO. The people who win out on this are the people who don't want to hear anything about one of the topics and will not be subscribing to that topic. Those of use who love to partake in all the topics just need to do a little more work: subscribe to all lists, modify/make rules to filter them to a single folder. My 2¢, Drew You can read messages from the DOTNET archive, unsubscribe from DOTNET, or subscribe to other DevelopMentor lists at http://discuss.develop.com.
