Right. It seems the load order is:

1) search.css
2) theme.css 
3) localsearch.css

so localsearch.css should only be involved at the very last stage.

Was your localsearch.css empty to begin with?

I think it should be the other way around -- theme.css should be the only
point of change. localsearch.css is for user-specific mods, and should
override both search.css and theme.css.

Heh. I keep getting the blue XP theme because I install as administrator and
run DQSD as another user, and that really looks crap with my classic theme.
