Gentlemen,
ARRL it seems, has a complete D-star configuration at HQ. Icom loaned it
to them.
I think the ARRL see the writing on the wall. HR modulation technology
as we know it is history. Without digital modulation we will not be able
to hear over the crud created by BPL and other "industrial monetary
ventures that pollute the environment".
So sad, but likely so true.
