A Ham by the name of Fred Kamp made a conversion kit to change to 6146 tubes in the C-Line.
It would also work on TR-4 Line.
I wrote to him on 1/10/03.
At that time his address was [EMAIL PROTECTED].
You might want to do a search under his name if site changed.
The kit consisted of octal sockets and wire clip plate caps along with instructions and other parts.
The conversion, if it works well should take care of all the problems sweeps can cause.
