I have one mounted on the back of the T4XC pulling air OUT with small hardware in existing holes, as has already been described. A half-wave rectifier off the filament supply with a small filter cap, and wires fed out through existing holes power it. The plan for the R4C is similar, but I haven't gotten a round tuit. Use a good quality fan; I prefer the Panasonic Panaflo line, they are reasonably quiet and have excellent life.
