I posted the following to the list last May:
I've been using Rustoleum Satin Black for repainting various 4-line
cabinets. It's a near perfect match for the smooth finish cabinets used
on the SW-4A, MN-4, MS-4 and MN-2000. Although it's not a textured
paint, it also works very well for touching up the transmitter,
receiver, and transceiver cabinets. As long as it's not applied too
heavily, the original texture will still show up.
The label says "7777 Black" and it has an SKU of 0-20066-77778-4. I've
been buying it at Home Depot.
