I am troubleshooting a T4XB I picked up at a local hamfest. Symptom is no output, power supply works on another tx, finals draw bias current and respond to bias pot, all tubes test good, can hear the spot signal on the receiver. I have no drive or output. Resistance checks are all nominal except on the agc side of V1 ( pins 7 and 8 are 65K and 85 K) the associated 15K and 22K resistors are nominal.
