I'd check the B+ dropping resistor that goes to the plate of the driver
tube. Don't have the skem handy, but I think it's close to the
"bulkhead" between the driver and the finals. It's a half watter, and
just on the margin, they get warm and drift high in value, could even be
open.

output, power supply works on another tx, finals draw bias current and respond
to bias pot, all tubes test good, can hear the
spot signal on the receiver. I have no drive or output. Resistance checks are
all nominal except on the agc side of V1 ( pins 7 and 8 are 65K and 85 K) the
associated 15K and 22K resistors are nominal.
I may not have the latest manual or schematic, the serial is 16913.
