I got nearly what I expected for my SX-101A. The Viking Ranger I took a bit
of a beating on but still got more than I paid for it. In the end, it was
sell it or put up with the hassles of selling it on Fleabay. My Murch tuner
came home with me. That's easy enough to ship...
I've been more interested at present in acquiring Twins that I can fix up,
learn more about and then maybe make a couple of bucks on so I can buy the
next set. I keep the ones I like the most - like that R-4A that's driving
me nuts. It's very decent cosmetically and works well aside from the $*%^
PTO's that have been in it. That's how I usually collect things: find a
better one and sell off what I had ;-)
If Garey tells me there's nothing wrong with the one I sent him, I'm going
to have to rebuild the premixer. I do recall hearing it warble outside the
rig on a regulated supply, though ;-)

The TR-3 & TR-4 were mine. The TR-4 sold, for less than 10% off the
asking price. The TR-3, working, but not pretty, is still available for
$95.
I agree, turnout, both sellers and buyers, was less than last yr. I sold
an SP-600 and R-390A, both refurbished, at asking prices.
A good conclusion to a bad hurricane week for me, last Sat. I gave up hope
of making it to Shelby this yr.
