The color temperature of the light has a LOT to do with the 'color' that
you see. Especially now with CFLs that come in multiple variations of
'white'. The 'Daylight' or 6500 degree Kelvin
CFLs are great for natural color for photography. PLUS they are a LOT
cooler than the old 500W photoflood bulbs that we used to use!
Best is good ol' sunlight, which is why you never realize you have
mismatched socks until you go outside to get into the car!
By the way, should some smart-aleck notice, and be rude enough mention,
your different socks, merely tell them that you're glad they like them,
you have another pair at home just like them!
