Even though it's not using AGP, I think the drm still allocates memory in
agp space from agpgart for vertex buffers.  This memory isn't used, but it
does currently require that agpgart is loaded.  I don't think that the drm
makes use of the ati_pcigart.h at this point even though it's included.  
This is probably just the result of work being started on DMA but never
finished.
