Yeah. Hmm.. if Matrox decides to be more open this time, it'd be great - wasn't there 
a binary-only library involved with the G400?

If Matrox had a reasonably priced card, I would consider buying it to develop 
something for it. I hate my TNT2 and nVidia's binary-only crap.

Well, I guess I'm willing to be a volunteer here... much as this IS sticking my neck 
out. The Matrox sounds interesting; shouldn't be too expensive. I don't have a fast 
enough machine to warrant a very expensive video card.

That kind of bugs me as well. Not that I'm not part of it *grin*... nonetheless, jose, 
I appreciate your work on the mach64 -- there is now what I would say is decent 
hardware OpenGL support on it.

Now, I'd love to see the 2D engine running too... *grin*. Could you tell me what's 
entailed to get that going?
