This will happen :)
At some point we will be adding a rewrite engine into the stack. Once
we have that, and can make the parser extensible, you will have it.
The big difference will be that we will be focused on supporting
queries which do not require materialization.
This is one of the pieces I am pretty excited about tackling later
this year.
