Hello Abhishek, what do you mean precisely with access, do you really mean accessing the community or do you mean access to the items which have been published? DSpace has communities, these may contain sub-communities and collections. The collections may contain items. During the submission of an item it's access policies are derived form the collections settings DEFAULT_ITEM_READ and DEFAULT_BITSTREAM_READ. Changing these has no effect on already published items. An admin is able via the advanced authorization to bulk change all kind of permissions.
