Hello all,
While attempting to deal with an unrelated issue, my IT team recommended
adding a Reviewer Group to one of our collections and adding an existing
subgroup ('Theses') to this group. Before this change, the 'Theses' Group
was able to 'Edit' incoming submissions, after the creation of the Reviewer
group/addition of the Theses Group to this group, that button/option
disappeared. We managed, briefly, the remove the Reviewer group, but the
'Edit' option then appeared only for new items in the pool. On trying to
delete the Reviewer group an additional time, we receive the error:

I've checked with all my users and none of them have tasks in their
workflow. Can anyone think of why this is failing to delete?
