Hi Carolyn, I've been learning about workflows in DSpace 6.x and 7.x recently, and it sounds like your IT recommended you to add a Final Editor (or possibly Editor) group to a Reviewer group, and reviewers can only accept or reject an item. Are you in version 6.x or 7.x? If you are in 7.x and are a system admin, you should be able to see all items that are currently in workflows. It might be easier to meet on a Zoom call to look at this in real time. I'd be happy to look at it with you if you'd like. Just let me know.
